DESIGN & PLANNING
Bauen's ISO5 to ISO8 cleanrooms are designed to be moved, modified, reconfigured, or expanded with minimal labor. Each piece is engineered with adaptability, ease of assembly, dismantling, additions, subtractions, and reconfiguration in mind.
INSTALLATION
Our professional installation technicians are standing by, ready to install your clean room enclosure at a moment's notice. Most of our installs take less than 3 days and we service companies worldwide. Looking to do the install yourself using one of our kits? We provide all of the support you need and will walk you through the process remotely.
FINANCING
Financing and leasing options are available for any size project. With as little as zero down and payments as low as $250/month, there is an option to suit any budget. In a rush? We streamline the approval process to get you operating with minimal paperwork.
MANUFACTURING
With an anodized aluminum frame and cast acrylic walls, each clean room is prefabricated to precise specifications in one of our facilities. This means turn-key solutions and short on-site assembly times, reducing your installation costs.
AUTOMATION
Bauen's Systems Integration Team will design your clean room to meet your specific monitoring requirements. Via the on-site touch screen or any mobile device, our automated, custom PLC/HMI packages have the ability to control and maintain the air quality of the room, as well as log all types of data, such as particle counts, temperature, humidity, pressure differential, and FFU run times.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We offer on-going tech support to assist with servicing and maintenance, in addition to complete video, phone, and email support services to walk you through the installation process should you decide to complete the installation yourself.

Jed has over 15 years of experience in many industries including industrial, commercial, and residential construction, fabrication and machining, heavy equipment, technology, medical, and rail. He enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and spending time with his wife and family.
NATE
SALES & MARKETING
Nate has been working in sales since the late 90s & still remembers sending quotes via fax machine every day. When not helping customers see the benefits of our unique and fresh design, he enjoys the outdoors and loves hiking in the Rocky Mountains with his wife.
ASHTON
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ashton works behind the scenes to help keep Bauen running smoothly, bringing over 10 years of experience in small businesses. Otherwise you can find her drinking coffee, sewing, and spending time with her husband.
CHAD
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Chad has spent most of his career solving problems across a wide range of lines of business. He has a passion for process improvement and 3D printing technology is one of his go to solutions. He enjoys the outdoors with his wife and 4 daughters.
JESSE
SYSTEMS INTEGRATION
Jesse has been working in system integrations for over 10 years and in many different manufacturing applications. His automation brings the bones of a clean room to life, or as close as you can get with a PLC/HMI. In his free time he loves spending time with his wife and two children.
INSTALLATION TEAM
Our installation team is the backbone of the company, and they are unparalleled in their safety, professionalism, helpfulness, and experience. These aren't your average Joe's, except for the senior installation tech, whose name is actually Joe.
JIM
DRAFTING
Jim takes the visions and napkin sketches of our designers and turns them into technical drawings and models for our customers. Playing with his grandchildren and spending time at Costco take up his free time.
DANE
OPERATIONS ENGINEER
Dane keeps things moving at Bauen, managing inventory, working behind the scenes, and assisting our self-install customers. Dane is most at home at the beach, or with his wife and two kids.
